  • Promote innovative, experiential, and student-centered teaching practices
  • Encourage reflective teaching, peer learning, and mentoring
  • Enhance faculty competency in course design, assessment, and curriculum alignment
  • Support educational research, best practice documentation, and dissemination
  • Strengthen institutional quality systems and academic audits

Faculty Training Framework (AY 2025–26)

The TLC shall conduct the following initiatives:
  • Hands-on training shall be conducted on CO–PO–PSO formulation, attainment calculation, and documentation to standardize OBE practices in accordance with NBA Criterion 3.
  • Bi-weekly departmental reflection meetings and interdepartmental peer observation cycles shall be implemented to strengthen reflective teaching and continuous improvement, aligned with NAAC Criterion 2.
  • Monthly TLC conclaves shall be organized to share best practices, review learning outcomes, and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Course design workshops shall be conducted to train faculty on writing measurable outcomes, developing assessment tools, and aligning courses with autonomous curriculum requirements.
  • Faculty development programs on innovative pedagogies such as active learning, flipped classroom, case-based learning, and experiential learning shall be organized in line with AICTE’s Student-Centric Learning focus.
  • Course file verification and pre-audit reviews shall be carried out with mentoring support to ensure compliance with NAAC and NBA academic requirements.
  • An annual inter-institutional conclave on “Innovative Teaching for Sustainable Futures” shall be organized to facilitate academic collaboration and dissemination of best practices.
  • Student innovation and community engagement shall be promoted through IUCEE Student Chapter projects, exhibitions, and community-based learning initiatives aligned with Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Innovative teaching practices adopted by faculty shall be documented and compiled into a Best Practices Handbook (Volume I).
  • Faculty shall be encouraged to publish research papers on teaching–learning innovations in Scopus journals.
  • TLC coordinators shall participate in national and international FDPs and conferences, followed by structured internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
