The TLC implements the Teacher Training and Professional Development with the objective of strengthening faculty competence by fostering innovative teaching practices, interdisciplinary collaboration, reflective teaching, and lifelong professional growth. The activities and initiatives of the TLC are strategically aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Student-Centric Learning (SCL), the institutional vision, autonomous curriculum requirements, and the quality benchmarks prescribed by AICTE, NBA, NAAC, along with national and international best practices in engineering education.
